My work with the senior population and the athletic population has taught me that few people move perfectly. It doesn’t matter if you are an older client who hasn’t moved well in decades or if you are an athlete who has areas they would like to address, I am here to help you see if there are certain ranges of motion that I can help you to unlock, improve, or otherwise continue to develop. You and I will work together to improve your mobility and your range of motion through:
