𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐍 𝐔𝐏𝐒!!!⁣⁠ ⁣⁠ Chin ups (and all of their variations are great for 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 as well as 𝘴𝘺𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘳𝘺 in your programming. Not everyone can do chin ups while some people might find traditional chin ups to be too easy.
