This program builds off of what you have worked so hard on in Phase 1. Many of the patterns will be familiar, but progressed. Depth and range of motion will increase, resistance will increase, tempo will increase, and stability will continue to be challenged. Volume on energy system work is elevated as your fitness has adapted.

This is a 2 day per week program that will last 6 weeks. There are 3 days of energy system work to further challenge you.

With video tutorials and cuing, you’ll have all the information you need once you purchase this program to get started right away!

Who this is for:

This product is aimed to help adults who either do not have access to a fitness center or do not have the time to run out to the gym several times per week and have already completed the Home Program Phase 1.

What you will need:

  • Bands

  • Chair or step ladder

  • Carpet sliders

What you can expect:
